The Role

We’re hiring an AI Search & SEO Strategist to own SEO and AI Search strategy and execution. This role sits at the intersection of proven SEO fundamentals and emerging AI-driven search experiences.

You’ll be our subject-matter expert, working closely with the team to guide strategy, direct AI agents, and deliver measurable performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to help define how AI-native search optimization is done.

What You’ll Do

  • Own SEO and AI Search strategy across client accounts
  • Apply strong SEO fundamentals while adapting them for AI-driven discovery
  • Lead on-page, technical, and off-page SEO execution
  • Implement and guide technical improvements (crawlability, indexation, site structure, etc.)
  • Build and manage backlink strategies focused on authority and trust
  • Work directly with AI agents to accelerate research, audits, and implementation
  • Provide human insight, prioritization, and strategy where AI needs direction
  • Monitor performance and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations

What We’re Looking For

  • 3-5 years of hands-on SEO experience
  • Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI-driven search and how it’s changing discovery
  • Strong technical, on-page, and off-page SEO foundation
  • Proven backlink strategy and evaluation experience
  • Comfortable experimenting, learning, and iterating quickly
  • Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
